This is Anne Annala and her 4-year old Friesian gelding, Hjerte. He is just broke to ride and they are enjoying every minute of it.

He is going to be easier to train than his stablemate, Norsk.

Brooke Perkins and Harley, a Quarter Horse who was trained in reining. He can be stiff in the neck, but he's a good mover.

He will make a wonderful dressage horse one day. Brooke is a strong rider for a ten year old.

Apollo's Birthday at Hever Farm! Apollo turned 6 & shared his carrot cake with Jody & friends Prince & Bill, Tjerk & Cheryl, and Norsk, Anne & Dana.

Party hats were worn by the horses and much fun was had by all at Apollo's sixth birthday.

Lynn Whiteside-Jones and her warmblood mare, Mona Lisa. Lynn is moving Mona up to second level this year.

Joan Poskey and her Thoroughbred, Bremen. Bremen is her hunt horse although he can do training and first level dressage work very well.

Jen Blum riding her thoroughbred Woody. This is both her and Woody's first dressage lesson. She is handling this sensitive guy's canter very well.

Joan Poskey prepares her new young horse Moseby for his first show. Moseby is a Cleveland Bay-Hanoverian-TB cross and will be used mostly for hunting.

Remember Bill Hartenstein & his Morgan, Prince? This is progress. Prince reaches for the bit & there is foam on his lips. Happy horse, finally!

Jody Swartz and Apollo ride in several clinics. Apollo can get to high in his neck, so Jody concentrates on keeping him through.

Capri Winsor on her young horse, Zephyr. Zephyr is an Arab/Curly cross. He is not ready for a bit and Capri rides him with a longeing caveson.

Cassie Banks and her Arab gelding, Metallica. Metallica can be quick & inattentive, but Cassie is a very good rider & is aiming for first level in 06.

Dana Metheny and her 5-yr-old Friesian, DrømmeNorsk. Norsk is just under saddle in 06 and should advance rapidly.
